New chaplain

Frank Riley, a ministry colleague whom I've known for years and most recently worked with on some conference committees, was sworn in as a Navy chaplain yesterday. And he was featured in the Orange County Register this morning. There are some unique aspects to the story (no surprise to anyone who knows Frank) -- perhaps the most notable is that he had to get an age waiver to enlist.
