New ukeThis morning I splurged and ordered for myself an Applause (Ovation) UA10 ukulele. It looks like a miniature version of my Celebrity (Ovation) guitar. I also have an Applause acoustic bass guitar -- although it's not getting as much play time since we came up with a couple of good bass players for church. I love the vibrant sound that comes from the rounded hardshell boxes on these instruments.

That ukulele station got to you, eh? I had a Hawaiian friend that could make you feel like you were on the beach (while we were landlocked in Idaho) when he played that thing- beautiful instrument!
I hear you though on the Ovation; I have a 12 string Ovation that sounds much more expensive than what I got it for!
