ORTHODOX STUDY BIBLE UPDATE
The Orthodox Study Bible, originally scheduled for completion in July 2005, is now slated for distribution in the spring of 2007. The New Testament has been out for several years and I find it to be a helpful tool (even though I'm not an Eastern Orthodox Christian or an EO wannabe). The Old Testament has taken so long because it is a fresh translation of the Septuagint (LXX) -- the Greek version of the Old Testament. It is labor of love.
