Tropical Storm Usagi has been upgraded to Typhoon Usagi. Even though it has been moving away from Guam we've had major downpours this morning. There is a lot of standing water
The extra cloud cover has been helpful for the German work team (from the Liebenzell Seminary) at PIBC today and tomorrow. They are in transit to Yap to do Vacation Bible Schools there but have been staying on campus and helping with the bush cutting.
