Going Postal on Guam

Guamanians are complaining that more and more of the mail on the island is being delivered to cluster boxes.

Hey, cluster boxes have become pretty standard on the mainland US -- even where the streets are marked and paved -- and generally speaking people keep their dogs tied up.

Don't take it personally. It's not a US plot to rob Guam of something that all other Americans are getting. They're not getting home delivery very often either!

We had cluster boxes for our mail when we lived in Texas and then when we lived in California. IOW, we were getting our mail from a cluster box 18 years ago! I guess the Post Office just took longer to deliever them out here.

At some point we have to get realistic.
