• Rosary beads and crucifixes as gang symbols? They're creating a stir. American evangelicals should hope that the gangs don't ever adopt plastic fish car emblems. ~ Link
• Upon hearing that our friend Jeff Moots has a new job as an attorney in the corruption prosecution unit at the Guam Attorney General's office, Kenny, our house guest this semester, exclaimed, without missing a beat, "Wow, that's job security!"
• I spoke too soon. Gas jumped 10¢ today. Regular on Guam is now $4.019/gallon.
• Skip the resume. "Great jobs, world class jobs, jobs people kill for... those jobs don't get filled by people emailing in resumes. Ever." ~ Seth Godin
I'm curious. What does Seth think are the "great jobs, world class jobs, jobs people kill for..." What do you think those jobs are?

Your fish comment was hysterical.
I had just read Seth's post. It reminds me of those churches that don't just take the pile of profiles from superintendents. They look at pastors already in places doing the things they want done in their own church and then go and pursue her/him. That's how Lafeyette, IN got their recent great pastor.
I don't know about "great jobs, world class jobs, ... etc." but I saw Dallas Anderson's title on his FB page recently and thought that must be a great job. He works for Mission America as National Facilitator of Evangelism. Great title and I'm assuming that's a great job for a great guy.
