They've closed several dorms at North Park University in Chicago because of flooding. ~ link
The YouTube video below was shot just down the street from where we used to live. Of course, back then flooding was welcomed because high waters washed all the garbage out of that part of the river. But things have improved significantly since the mid-80s.
