So, change you meals style. Only eat meat, rice and vegetables. No bread, pizza, wraps, and rolls anymore. LOL!
It's a Chinese plot! Actually, I understand that a lot of rice is coated with gluten as a part of the enrichment.
I have never known about this. However, many Chinese who live in north side are bread eaters.
