My new friend

We have really hard water and struggle to keep on top of the mineral/scuz build up in the bath. As I was yet again searching online for a solution I kept coming across references to Bar Keepers Friend Cooktop Cleaner. (Yes, cook-top cleaner for the bath!) So I decided to give it a shot.

Wow, the stuff works really well! I think I knocked off 90% of the build-up with the first application. It was getting bad, so I suspect that I'll need to repeat a few more times. But I'm already pretty impressed.

And it's certainly not the most expensive option out there. To the contrary. I don't think it's new -- just to me.
