The perfect compost recipe

As noted, the hardest part is finding enough "browns" -- a constant struggle for me as I maintain four bins. One thing I do differently, though, is that I freeze all of the kitchen waste before dumping it in the bin. That speeds up decomposition because the freezing explodes the cell walls.
