Amazing mystery girl

I have no idea who this girl is. The comments on YouTube and Facebook all seem to be in Vietnamese; so I suspect that she might be Vietnamese. But the banner behind her is Chinese. And the instrument appears to be either a Guzheng (Chinese harp) or Gayageum (Korean harp). Anyone know more?
