DUAL BOOT THE BODY OF CHRIST
Snip from Leighton Tebay: "A dual boot system is computer language for running two different operating systems on the same computer. When the computer is turned on the user selects which operating system they want to load. Usually the choices are Windows and Linux or Windows and another version of Windows.

"Dual booting the institution would mean two different groups of people use the same facilities (hardware) but have completely different structures to fulfill the purposes of the church. Only at the top level would there be some level of accountability and oversight."

Link (Thanks Jordon)

Well written post (read the whole thing not just my snip) -- but I'll have to think about it for a few days. I get nervous about things that divide the church by style or mindset -- even if in the short-term it seems to be functional. We're already so fragmented that our credibility and witness are seriously impaired.
