"BABY, I LOVE YOU, BUT I JUST CAN'T SMILE..."
The British government will no longer accept passport photos of people with smiles on their faces. It has to do with fighting terrorism. I wonder, though, if perhaps more smiles would disarm at least of few of the terrorists.
