KEY LIME PIE
In honor of the tenacity of all Floridians I decided that we needed to have key lime pie tonight. But Cheryl had to work today because someone else was on vacation (we usually both take Tuesdays off). So I stopped by the Mexican grocery store to buy the limes and then this afternoon I made the pie. (Don’t look so surprised, Mom). And it was the best I've ever made! Of course, it was the only one I've ever made.
