NOTA
There are some awfully sharp people out there urging a "none of the above" vote in the presidential next week -- e.g. Alasdair MacIntyre & Mark Noll. These are not apathetic or lazy people. What do you think? Is there ever a time when a NOTA is the most reasonable vote to cast? Is this such a time?
