IT WAS WONDERFUL...
that is, the sun. I had a meeting at Mission Springs today, which meant I had to leave this fog bowl of a valley where we haven't seen the sun in two weeks. This is a great place to live -- but December and January can be very depressing. It's good to know that spring is just a few weeks away. As I was pruning on Tuesday I was noticing that there are small signs of budding. By the middle of February the sun is back and the race is on to see which plants can get their leaves out first.
