INVEST IN DESERT LAND
That is, there's about to be a population boom on the Arizona side of the Colorado River, just outside Las Vegas. A new bridge under construction will bypass the Hoover Dam bottleneck and in all likelihood create Las Vegas suburbs in the Arizona desert. I'm sure most people could care less but for a desert rat like myself the growth of desert communities is fascinating.
