The City of Turlock is installing traffic control lights at the corner of Crowell Road and Christoffersen Parkway. This is good. But why did they need to stick the control box in front of our church's sign? There are four corners at the intersection. Ours is the only one which has signage -- or anything on it. The other three corners were open and available. Even if they had planted the box five or 10 feet to the west, it would have left the sign unobstructed.
I'm sure that once they figure out what they've done, they'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
