AT&T WASTE
SBC, which is once again AT&T, ran a two page advertising spread of decadent color and little copy in Sunday's Modesto Bee. My gut reaction to the whole thing was pretty negative.

With the way they're throwing money around to promote their new image it's going to backfire if customers perceive that the company is outrageously wasteful. No wonder their services cost so much -- they're wasting so much on ugly contentless advertising.
