DRESS FOR SUCCESS (FOR THE AGED)
Us aging Boomer men need to rethink how we dress or we look ridiculous, says Carol Hymowitz in a Wall Street Journal article. Among her many suggestions is, "if you've got a full head of hair, flaunt it. But if you're going bald, don't try combing over your bald spot. Better way: The thinner your hair gets, the shorter you should cut it. Short hair accentuates your features."

Exactly! That's why I give myself a buzz cut every ten days or so. It accentuates all of my other fine "features." AND it saves me from having to spend a fortune on the hair spray that would be necessary to plaster my remaining hair into place -- to say nothing of the big bucks that I no longer spend at the Super-Duper-Style-Is-Us-Cuts salon down at the strip mall.
