CHENEY DRUNK?
If Vice President Dick Cheney was drunk when he shot Texas lawyer Harry Whittington, as is supposedly being reported by some of the Secret Service agents assigned to guard him, then the agents weren't doing their jobs. They aren't just his security detail, they are also law enforcement agents. "Sorry, sir, you can't hunt now. You've had too much to drink."
