Cancer killer
Eat jalapeƱos and other peppers containing capsaicin -- suggests new research from UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center -- the hotter the better.

In addition, hot peppers are being used to treat migraines, arthritism, and muscle pain. Researchers say that they have also been found to suppress appetites and clear a stuffy head.

My personal research indicates that hot peppers also cause a running nose, teary eyes, and a nearly insatiable desire to drink water.
