Home sales up
We are preparing to sell our home, so I was happy to read in the NY Times that "Sales of existing homes surged surprisingly in February after falling for five months in a row, the National Association of Realtors reported today, reflecting a boost from unseasonably warm weather and signaling that the housing market remains healthier than some experts had suggested."
