...I suspect the reason that we still see campaign ads on television is that no one on Guam really believes that the election is actually over and will not believe it until the court rules it so. And even that ruling will probably be challenged by someone. The problem seems to be that the Election Commission doesn't follow their own procedures. Add to that a lot of irregularities that just come with being on Guam -- such as the power going out while the machines are tabulating votes. So it all goes on and on.

...My Firefox randomly stopped working last night. I tried uninstalling it but Windows doesn't recognize it as existing on the computer so it won't uninstall. But it's still there. System restore doesn't fix the problem. Suggestions?
