INTERESTS IN GUAM AND THE NORTHERN MARIANAS SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR
THE PROGRESS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION 24W UNTIL IT MOVES SAFELY WEST
OF THE ISLANDS.
