Cental Japan is getting heavy rain as typhoon-turned-tropical storm Fitow is moving through.
But wait, there could be more on the way. There is a little tropical depression northeast of the Marianas (about were Fitow took form) that is starting to spin a bit. It is too far north to affect us on Guam but it could develop into another tropical storm that would move toward Japan.
