According to tax records VP candidate Joseph Biden gave an average of $369 a year to charity over the last decade. Even if he were not a charitable person by nature or conviction you'd think that as a politician he'd be smart enough to know how such information would be perceived. Of course, we could give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he had enough other tax write-offs that he didn't need to claim more giving. That would be a charitable assumption. ~ link
