• I've noticed on several websites that I'm getting banner ads -- "Get a degree in the USA -- 100% online -- University of Phoenix." I am assuming that those ads are targeting those of us accessing American sites from outside the US. Do any of you in the States get the same ad? No, but University of Phoenix is advertising heavily on Hulu and other sites. It's probably part of the same campaign, but you're seeing ads targeted for anyone outside of the continental US.
