In lieu of picking from the multiple choice list, I will comment instead. Looks like the prayer was inspired by the guy's interpretation of 1 Thess 5:16-18. Beyond that, no comment. :)
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thess 5:16-18)
Remember the context...a giant sporting event! Don't get so worked up folks. I've been at social justice rallys where pastors have prayed for govt., businesses, etc and they have been BORING! At least this pastor was enthusiastic. Granted, he probably could have toned down the wife piece a bit. Link to some stories about this and read what Carl Edwards said...that if he died in the race he wanted to have this pastor do his funeral. That's pretty good.

I think Karen has said what is needed: I've no idea where to begin.
My first thought was roll my eyes and seriously wonder about that pastor.
Bunny trail: Are women offended when men refer to them in public as their "smokin' hot wife"?
I wounder, if he really is a pastor.
