Root Beer, my cargo bike, will hold 400 lbs. So when I needed some commercial potting soil for a project I rolled him right into the garden section at Home Depot, slide the bags from the pallet down onto the rack, wheeled up to the cash register, rode home and into the backyard where I slide the bags off the bike and to the ground. So much less lifting when you cut out the shopping cart and the car.
