I can't imagine why any company on Guam would want to produce its own electricity and take itself off the GPA grid (note: sarcastic tone). I do question the wisdom of building a diesel burning system -- unless you've got enough clout and wherewithal to hedge on the fuel costs -- which has been a problem for GPA. ~ link
