10TH ANNIVERSARY
Cornerstone Covenant Church had its official start ten years ago. Today we celebrated with a dinner after worship and then watched Monganga the new documentary on the life and martyrdom of Dr. Paul Carlson. (watch the trailer) It fit well with my sermon from John 11:16 earlier in the morning -- So Thomas, called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples, “Let us also go, that we may die with him.” (ESV) This I believe is the mandate for our second decade -- to lead, to go, to die -- reckless faith.
