ISLAMIC SCHOLAR BARRED
The Homeland Security people have barred the entry of an Islamic scholar who was to teach at the University of Notre Dame. I suppose that's "only fair" after Dr. Veli-Matti Karkkainen (a Christian scholar -- from the hotbed of terrorism -- Finland!) had his visa revoked, interrupting his faculty career at Fuller Seminary.

Note to the rest of the world: please be patient with us. We are a might bit irrationally paranoid at this point in history. We'll get over it -- eventually -- I suspect -- I hope.
