THINKING ABOUT MOVING
A fourth of all Californians are apparently considering a move -- mostly for the purpose of bringing down the cost of housing. The median cost of a house in our state is $465,000 (down 5% from last year!). Many of those who aren't trying to figure out how to move out of state are coming to the Central Valley where we live and where housing is still relatively affordable. Since 1995 more than 350,000 Coastal residents have moved to the Central Valley.
