TWO INTERESTING ARTICLES
The Dallas Morning News has an interesting interview with Martin Marty and an article on Tyndale's new release The Last Disciple by Hank Hanegraaff and Sigmund Brouwer. The Last Disciple is written from a preterist perspective. "Tim LaHaye, co-author of the Left Behind books, called the decision by his publisher 'stunning and disappointing' and said he felt betrayed." One of the best lines in the article is an ironic quote from LaHaye, "They are going to take the money we made for them and promote this nonsense..." I've used that very word on numerous occasions to describe his books -- nonsense. It must be a matter of perspective -- or lack thereof.
