+ Two "competing" Bible translations are vying for space in the blogosphere. Both the TNIV and the ESV have blogs. Interestingly, the TNIV, promoted by Zondervan (a Rupert Murdoch company), has geared its marketing toward the 20 somethings. I like the translation but their blog is lame. The ESV, owned by a non-profit, and selling itself as more of a "classic" than a trendy translation for younger people, is actually winning the blog competition. I like the ESV translation, too. It's the one I use for study.

Yes, there are numerous levels of irony in this story.
