MONDAY'S COLLECTION
+ Uwe Siemon-Netto, Lutheran theologian and UPI religion editor, has a great tribute to Pope John Paul II. Warning: Dr Siemon-Netto takes a few pokes -- deserved -- at our Protestant wishy-washiness.

+ Former president Al Gore (and inventor of the Internet) is launching a cool new television network aimed at 20-somethings.

+ Google maps now has a satellite photo option. Judging from the pictures of Turlock the actual photos in use are at least two or three years old. Still, very cool.

+ Blogger is experiencing problems again – no access to the posting page (until now, obviously). They have become victims of their own success. But if history is any indicator they'll come up with solutions.
