A DAMAGED SPACESHIP landed in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. It appears that portions of the heat shield on the upper right were damaged during entry into the earth's atmosphere. No aliens have yet emerged from the craft.
FOR THE FOURTH consecutive year the overall poverty rate in the US has risen. We're now at 12.7%. However, poverty among Asians and the elderly has declined significantly. Link
