$1.25 million per Marine
Japan would like to get the US Marine Corp off Okinawa. They're even willing to pick-up a good portion of the tab to move 8,000 of them to Guam. However, they're balking at the US Defense Department's $10 billion estimate for moving the Marines.

It's all posturing.
