Panera coming to Turlock
Kirk, who is home from UCSD this week, pointed out to me that Panera Bread is now on the list of "New Tenants Coming Soon" at the Monte Vista Crossing website. It's probably good that we're leaving Turlock -- otherwise I'd go broke sitting in Panera -- sampling bagels, drinking broccoli cheddar soup, eating smoked ham and Swiss on rye sandwiches, and drinking Diet Caffeine-Free Pepsi. I love Panera and when I'm on the road I usually look for one -- not just for the good food and laid-back community atmosphere -- but also for the free Wi-Fi.
