Sunday, April 2

Did you remember to spring forward?
I get up fairly early on Sundays. And 5 a.m. this morning definitely felt like 4 a.m.

This will be the last year Cheryl and I make this change, at least for awhile. Guam, which is so close to the Equator that the number of daylight hours varies by only a few minutes throughout the year, does not mess with Daylight Savings Time.

Indiana went on DST today. Not that I think DST is really all that advantageous -- except Indiana has been a time zone disaster area. With the adoption of DST this year they are a step closer to having everyone on the same page.

Evidently parts of Oaxaca change their clocks and other parts do not. I talked with one family last night whose children go to different schools, they all leave at the same time but come Monday morning one school clock will read 8:00 the other 9:00. A bit confusing to me!
