...The dioceses of Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Fort Worth, and San Joaquin have all petitioned the Archbishop of Canterbury to be released from the oversight of the Episcopal Church USA -- or should we simply be saying "The Episcopal Church"? -- which is apparently now the ECUSA's new preferred title. Whatever they're called, now it's not just individual parishes trying to leave -- but whole dioceses (districts).
