~ New experience today -- swarming termites -- loads of fun -- especially when they're crawling down the neck, under the shirt, and along the back. Creepy.
~ Most evangelical movements in recent US history have started in the West and moved east. One thing which is different about the current emerging church movement is that it really doesn't appear to be localized in a single North American region. It's pretty spread out -- even global. That's one thing the Internet does -- changes communication patterns -- flattens things out.
~ The Chinese are coming! One of the positive things about tourism and the related economic ties that go with it, is that it's less likely that either the US or China will try to blow each other up. We can't afford the loss.
~ Yes, the Marines are still coming to Guam -- but it will take a little longer than people expected (not until 2012). So, no need to clean things up, yet -- unless you're thinking that you want to make the island more inviting to Chinese tourists.
~ I finished editing the new PIBC catalog today. I even got it up online as a .pdf file but the file keeps crashing Adobe Reader 8. I'll have to work on that tomorrow when my mind is fresh.
~ Sleep seems like such a waste of time. But I've got to turn out the lights so my brain can start processing all of the day's input. Off to bed I go...
