Only on Guam

So, I'm in the convenience store and two armed and uniformed guards are servicing the ATM machine. They lug their heavy bags of money out the door and get into a waiting Hyundai and drive off. Was it robbery? Not likely. I, like everyone else, am just assuming that the armored truck was in the shop so they drove someone's personal car today. That's a more likely scenario on Guam -- but only on Guam.
