Guam governor 's race 2010

The loud speakers blaring from the back of the pick-up truck flying the Guam flag as it whirled down the highway caught my attention this morning. It was the first indicator that the campaigning has started for the governor's race. There was no name on the sign in the back of the truck -- just the words "Governor 2010" overlaying some graphics obviously from the "Sunshine Party." The "Sunshine Party" is the informal alliance which former Governor Carl Gutierrez built. ~ link
