Plugged in and flying high
Reversing a decision made before their merger with America West, US Airways says that computer users will be able to plug into an A/C power source on their Airbus planes. Furthermore, they are working on adding power ports to 92 Airbus planes that were a part of the America West fleet.

That's nice. But if they don't give me at least three more inches of lap room I won't be able to open up my computer anyway -- and if I'm going to actually adjust and see the screen I'll need a few additional inches above that -- as well as a recliner jam on the seat in front of me. Until then I'll read a book.
