Last Saturday a large block of ice fell into an Oakland park. On Thursday a similar block of ice crashed through the roof of a Loma Linda University building.So, I have this theory -- if it's not falling off alien spacecrafts, it's probably coming from a prankster. APB to all agencies: Be on the look-out for a giant catapult anchored on the back of a flatbed truck.
