Driving in the rain on Guam is like driving through a carwash and lately the car has been really clean. All of the weather that we've been dealing with over the past few days has now organized itself into Typhoon Jangmi and it is heading toward the southern tip of Taiwan. We haven't had much wind out of the system but we have had a pattern of dump -- roads flood -- dry out -- dump -- flood again. It is currently dumping again.
